Ursula joined the Pluta team in 2004 looking for a practical, hands-on way to apply everything she was learning in her Bachelor of Business studies at QUT in real-life. At Pluta, Ursula found exactly what she was looking for, and has stuck with the team for 20+ years.

Ursula grew up on a cattle and small crops farm and was involved in bookkeeping, wages, bills and the general business of farming from a young age. Like many of the team, Ursula’s early experiences in business give her a deep understanding and appreciation for Pluta’s clients and everything they’re working to achieve.

A high achiever, Ursula received both the Business Strategy and Leadership Award and Hudson Global Resources Award from CPA for the highest marks (out of 2,623 candidates) in Business Strategy and Leadership while studying in the program in 2007. She also achieved the equal 5th highest score in Taxation in 2006. 

Hardworking, loyal and reliable, Ursula works at Pluta to meticulously prepare client work, review files and help staff with their questions and issues. And the best motivation for Ursula is the thrill of an impending deadline and ticking goals off her list.
